Shipping

Your items will ship to you within a processing time of 1-2 days. We will ship every item as efficiently as possible; first class or ground shipping will be the only options available. Due to high order volume, express shipping and/or processing will simply not be available at this time. Each order will ship out in the order it was placed.

In-studio pickup:

A local pickup option is available for those ordering in the D/FW area. The pickup will be in downtown McKinney. An email letting you know when and where your package can be picked up will be sent once your order has been processed, packed and ready to go to her new home. Pickup days and times will be designated to best fit your schedule and our own. (PS: this option is free!)
