Our default shipping service is UPS. We have experienced many lost packages through USPS and no longer voluntarily ship through USPS. If you select USPS as your chosen shipper, you are assuming the elevated risk of a lost package. By selecting USPS you are accepting the responsibility to reach out to the shipping service for lost package reimbursement. We no longer reimburse for lost packages shipped through USPS.
