All items in our Pre-Loved Collection are sold AS-IS and will be a FINAL SALE purchase.
No exchanges, refunds or returns will be offered as everything in this collection is a FINAL SALE purchase. We encourage you to read the measurements and the fine print of each piece before placing your order. If you have a specific question regarding a product detail, please feel free to reach out to us.
Yes, all items listed are sold as-is and as final sale. This means no refunds or returns are accepted.
If your item was shipping through USPS, first file a report with USPS. They need to have a claim filed to refund you. Then please email us hello @ shopkendi.com and let us know. Many times we can offer a refund, however once we have passed the item over to the carrier, it is out of hands. We are no longer responsible for the item, as the carrier assumes this liability. Most of the items shipped are covered up to $100 items by the carrier. Even if we offer a refund, we highly recommend you file a claim to a) get your money refunded from the carrier if possible and b) to let them know of the error.
