We are proud to offer free returns if the return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 15 days of delivery date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Returns are not accepted outside of the 15-day return window. Items must be un-worn and in like new condition.
1. Log into your account, select the correct order number and click on ‘Request Return’, select the item and provide a reason for return. Once the request is approved you will receive a return shipping label.
2. Pack your items and include the original packaging.
3. Drop your items off with the carrier within 15 days of the original delivery date.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10
business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photographs of the damage as well.
Currently we are not able to offer exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your original return, we'll process your refund.
Unfortunately we can’t accept returns after 15 days, or if the item has been worn or damaged.We accept on-time, un-worn returns only. Pre-loved and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
All items in our Pre-Loved Collection are sold AS-IS and will be a FINAL SALE purchase.
No exchanges, refunds or returns will be offered as everything in this collection is a FINAL SALE purchase.
